Triangle Residential Designs is a
full service design and drafting firm offering custom home design, pre-designed
stock plans, addition/renovation design,
multi-family project design, space planning, architectural
promotion materials,
engineering services
and more.
After years in the home design industry, David Bennett opened Triangle Residential Designs in 1986
with a vision towards personal, one-on-one customer service and to
provide the client the best product possible. As the mission
succeeded, the
company grew, and TRD purchased Carolina Home Plans. TRD's plan library has
grown to over
1700
designs that range from 800 square foot starter homes to
multi-million dollar estates, in a vast array of styles and TRD
continues to produce creative, well-designed, award winning home
plans. It's been our
privilege to work with the area's top builders and home buyers in the
Triangle / Piedmont, throughout NC and
across the nation.
We know that professional builders and home
owners require graphically, technically and structurally accurate
plans. The homes must be cost effective and aesthetically pleasing.
Our firm will always strive to exceed these requirements,
while offering customer service
second to none.
