General Scope of Project:
The Greystone Project is a residence
that was damaged by fire. The fire began in the garage and spread
quickly through the main entry level. The area from the Garage
through the Kitchen, over to the Family Room, received the most
damage. Much of that area collapsed or sustained irreparable damage
and will have to be demolished.
The original structure was built in
1977. The current owners have been in the home since 1979 and have
done a beautiful job of landscaping the property. They wanted to
rebuild the house with extensive renovation to the existing space,
add 2 additions to the rear and expand into new space over the
garage. They wanted to increase the view and enjoyment of their
gardens as well as update the livability and aesthetics of the home.
The project is currently underway and we
will post pictures as it progresses. Check back to see the “before”
and “after”.
