The
Parade of Homes is an annual event sponsored by the
Home Builders
Association of Raleigh/Wake County. Each year builders choose, or
work with a designer, to create the right plan and build very special
homes to enter in the parade. They will spend extra time, money and
effort to ensure every detail is just right so the public may see their
best effort and ability.
Then, for
3 weekends in October, the homes are open to the public for viewing.
Tens of thousands of people attend the Parade of Homes each year. They
may be searching for a new home to buy, a builder or inspiration for a
dream home they want to build in the future. Whatever the reason, the
annual Parade of Homes is a wonderful way to see the very best our
building industry has to offer.
We are
proud that our plans have won awards for eighteen consecutive years.
Since our company opened in 1986, we have had hundreds of plans entered
in the Parade of Homes in Wake, Johnston,
Orange and Chatham Counties. Below, we have listed the award winners in
Wake County
only. A directory of all Parade of Homes winners in other counties
will be added soon.
