          Because TRD is primarily a design firm and not a plan broker, all the designs we offer have been created by designers in our office and have been field proven. This gives us a unique, first-hand knowledge of all of our plans’ construction.

 

Stock Plan Price Schedule

Stock plans are sold at a six (6) set minimum per plan and $30.00 for each additional set. Price schedule repeats after 10 sets of each plan. Cabinet elevations and HVAC layouts are available at $75.00 each.
Up to - 2000 sq. ft. - $450.00 3501 - 4000 sq. ft. - $750.00
2001 - 2500 sq. ft. - $525.00 4001 - 4500 sq. ft. - $900.00
2501 - 3000 sq. ft. - $600.00 4501 - 5000 sq. ft. - $1,100.00
3001 - 3500 sq. ft. - $675.00 5001 sq. ft. and up - call for price

If an engineer's seal will be required to obtain a building permit, the following fees will apply, per plan, for the use of the engineer's seal.  Engineer's seal will appear on two sets of blueprints.
NOTE: These fees are set and billed by the engineer. Their prices may vary, but are estimated to be between $150 and $350.
