Triangle Residential Designs offers a wide array of services from multi-phase custom home design to a stock home plan library with over 2,000 plans. From experience garnered from operating for over 38 years, Triangle Residential Designs is here to help make sure your project is a success.
Custom Home Design
If you are not able to find the perfect floor plan for you in our large stock plan library, then it may be time to create a custom design to meet your unique specifications and dream. We can create a one-of-a-kind custom home design based on your sketches, notes, magazine articles, photos or anything that inspires you.
Our process is broken into 4 phases: An initial consultation, preliminary designs, design refinement, and final production drawings. So when our process is complete you will have a complete set of plans for your dream home.
Stock Home Plan Library
If you purchase a stock plan and don't wish to make any changes, all you need to do is place an order for one of our plans. Our stock plans include: floor plans, elevations, foundation, roof plan and stock details. You'll receive 5 physical print sets and PDF copies of your plan that are permit-ready so you can get right to building your new home.

Stock Plan Modifications
If you found a plan that you love but it doesn't meet all of your needs, we can modify the plan to make sure its exactly what you had in mind. Meetings to discuss your ideas can be done in person, over the phone, or virtually so our team can understand exactly what you're looking for.
Home Additions and Renovations
If you love where you live but you need more space, a new look or want to make any changes small or large to your existing home, consider renovating or an addition. Regardless of the age or style of your existing home, we can design a complimentary addition or renovation to ensure any changes look like they were always there. Our team can work from the existing plans of your home or, if you don't have them, can recreate the portions needed.
3D Visualization
To help visualisation and give you a clearer look at interior or exterior views of your project, show harder to understand concepts, or provide a showpiece example to present, we can create 3D views and models of your project. These can represent specific portions of the project you wish to get a clearer look at, or entire structures for complete views of what it will look like when construction is completed.
Plan Engineering
When a project is being wrapped up, an Engineer's Seal is needed for permitting and finalizing the plan. Our team works with a wide array of engineers who we can coordinate with to bring into the project, familiarize them with the plan, and review any created drawings so all seals and structural engineering is taken care of.
